Accomplishments

Achievements: Starting off as a teaching assistant, I have progressed greatly in ability and professionalism. I have been teaching as an unqualified teacher for the last 12 months simultaneously with team leading due to lack of staffing. In 2022 I was invited to interview for the Senior Leadership post due to ability to lead and problem solve. This came with a range of responsibilities, to safeguard, build rota's , cover Leave of absence, sickness HR duties and make strategic decisions that best fit the business model. I currently work within a matrix system. Therefore, I am adept at reporting to more multiple persons effectively and accurately. I have been given the opportunity to lead training seminars to large groups of 100+ staff members and can speak publicly. Being culturally diverse and maintaining equality is key in any work setting, which I am good at. I am honest and transparent when it come to communicating with staff. I calm and can confidently work well under pressure. I treat everyone fairly and with respect, receiving the same in return. I can effectively mediate with staff and have difficult conversations. Adhering to all policies, procedures and staying law compliant at all times. Currently I am in the midst of obtaining a CIPD level 5, with CIPD membership and making good progress.
