• Extremely fast-paced environment and was responsible for managing the teams across all operational areas including: SEN, On-Boarding, Scheduling, Functional Skills, EPA, Coaches and Mentors. This also included designing and introducing process from start to ensure effective provision and a 'good' grade from Ofsted. Effectively managed stakeholders and introduced additional EPAO partners to ensure QAR was optimised.

• Included Quality Manager and Compliance process introduction. Led on the university partnerships and relationships, coach development and support, IQA structure whilst building on quality. Designed the Apprenticeship programme, created standardisation across the 10 programmes and development of further programmes of the portfolio. Achieved 100% success rate at EPA and managed a successful and high performing team.

• Worked with a large team of coaches from a diverse skill set, offering support, advice and a standardised approach. Performed IQA duties and developed the first Level 5 L&M programme to EPA, which achieved a distinction award. Achieved Grade 1 teaching at every inspection.
