Started as Housing Officer May 2019 for Poole Housing Partnership (now merged with BCP Homes), responsible for neighbourhood and tenancy management, and building strong communities. Since November 2020, I have been leading the team responsible for collection and recovery of rent & recharges, and debt avoidance in social housing.

I'm passionate about the environment and conservation. I'm a member of the National Trust and Dorset Wildlife Trust and love to support and enjoy our local nature and heritage sites. I love trying different things and finding new ways to keep fit, physically and mentally. I have tried snowboarding, kickboxing, yoga, paddle-boarding, kayaking, and walking. I'm currently part of a great Pilates & sea swimming group.
