  • I joined the Finance Projects team working within the EMEA Regulatory Reporting team where we worked in an Agile manner to support users working on FINREP, COREP, Resolution Reporting, German Statistical Reporting, and Bank Levy.
  • I was primary BAU support for FINREP, Resolution Reporting and Bank of England working with users and technology to discuss required enhancements and bring these into production.
  • I owned a complex manual process for Resolution Reporting which I then automated for users to ensure this could be passed back in a seamless handover. This contributed towards several EUC and risk reductions.
  • I supported Resolution Reporting during a period of entity restructuring where the firm’s primary European entity was being reclassified as a bank from a credit institution. This involved completing data point analysis to understand impact and collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes required.
  • As part of this restructuring, new reporting was required to be submitted to the European Regulators and I was responsible for automating the EinSiG reporting process using Alteryx to save user time and reduce risk for submission. I had to present this process to senior stakeholders, explain rationale and process requirements which was granted a clean sign off.

  • I re-joined LEC as a graduate analyst working within the non-profit and investment management (IM) entity population.
  • I was primary Legal Entity Controller for 2 US non-profit entities and secondary entity controller for the UK non-profit entity where I produced monthly and quarterly management account packs and made relevant booking in the general ledger.
  • I prepared annual financial statements for all 3 entities and led the external audit process, both of which were completed with clean reports and published.
  • I prepared financial packs for quarterly board meetings and presented these to senior trustees while explaining variances and forecasts with appropriate detail.
  • I supported as secondary controller for the IM entity population where I primarily drove efficiency in the onboarding new entity process, creating several files to track the progress of each request and engaging with worldwide stakeholders to promote positive working relationships.
