I started studying Finance at The University of Bristol in 2021 after taking a gap year where I spent a few months volunteering for my local church assisting on their CAP course (Christians against poverty), editing videos and completing other admin tasks.
In January 2023, after completing half of my course, I decided to suspend my studies with the intention of returning to university in September 2023 as a 2nd year Finance student. I spent a lot of this time travelling, exploring other career options and figuring out whether Finance was the route I wanted to take; this season out of studies was both mentally and physically restorative as well as reigniting my passion for Finance. I have since returned to my course where I am on track to receive a first.
