• Bedside training and education, for staff, patients and carer's.

▪ Gained skills in pre and post op care, minor injury care, and airway management

▪ In charge of a small team of nurses on shifts and managing nurse led clinics independently.

▪ Link nurse for students and ANTT, Mentored students regularly as well as a preceptor to newly qualified nurses.

▪ Involved in implement new policies in use of Entonox and scanning children under sedation. I have also implemented change by introducing a new shift handover process.

▪ Regularly involved in IQP and the accreditation of the ward.

▪ Collecting data and auditing the use of local anaesthetic in dental patients.
