Sample Project

  • Pedley Barn, Bedfordshire A new-build development of 11 houses and one listed barn in desperate need of a full restoration. I developed a scheme for the kitchen and bathrooms that sat lightly within the space whilst not detracting from the original features, using soft colours and gentle lighting to provide a modern space that complemented the existing building.
  • Shefford, Cambridgeshire I was approached by Ridgeshire to help with the interior specification for four executive homes in Cambridge. There were a few sticking points they needed help with: bathroom and kitchen designs, finding suppliers, designing bespoke furniture and coordinating finishes. I provided packages for each element, introduced them to trusted contractors and providing consultation on finishing details to ensure the interiors and exteriors worked seamlessly together.
  • Stotfold, Bedfordshire A new-build development of 90 houses, apartments and commercial premises. As well as specifying all interior fixtures and fittings I was also responsible for the show home. The CEO had a small collection of furniture he wanted me to incorporate into a refreshed scheme. Being predominantly dark brown wood I added a pop of burnt orange to bring the scheme up to date, adding feature lighting, bespoke headboards and accessories.

Personal Information

I’m married, have a twelve year-old daughter and have lived in St Neots for 15 years. I’m a member of the St Neots Rowing Club and compete in races locally on the Cam or on the Thames, which takes up most of my spare time! If I’m not rowing I enjoy shopping trips with my daughter or taking her to the cinema to catch up on the latest Marvel movie. I’m also ‘social secretary’ to the Cambridge Curry Club which is a collection of ex-colleagues that like to catch up over a curry and cocktail.
