Observing and locating occupational gaps around the wellbeing of the staff, implementing interventions support psychological safety, hybris working and wellbeing within the department.

• INPATIENT DEMENTIA CARE- THE MOUNT
• This was a nine-week placement in the Occupational department on the Female ward
• I was supporting the overall caseload with key worker responsibilities for two if the fourteen patients
• I undertook risk assessments and risk reduction interventions and documentation
• Implemented evidence-based practices in intervention planning, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Developed effective time management strategies to balance academic coursework, fieldwork placements, and extracurricular commitments while maintaining high levels of performance in all areas.
• Sat in MDT meetings and feedback on patients' ongoing care
• Worked closely with colleagues around discharge planning, liaising with outside agencies to support ongoing care.

• Inpatient stroke/Neurology
• This service supports a mix of both stroke and other neurology patients
• This can include head injuries, spinal cord conditions, Parkinson's disease, Multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, post ICU neuropathy (plus many others)
• Age Range & Gender: Age 16 upwards
• Providing inpatient care for our patient group
• This service supports their patients with rehabilitation assisting them in achieving a functional level to leave hospital
• Soap notes were used in this department, and I was involved in assessments i.e
• Addenbrookes and slums, as well as discharge planning for patients.

• Working as Senior Team leader in a 104-bed complex care unit, I am responsible for overseeing team leaders and carers within the home insuring high quality care adhering to the companies' policies and procedures
• I also administer medication, reorder, and dispose of all medications within the unit
• As part of this role, I coach and mentor both team leaders and carers and I support residents with complex care needs and challenging behaviors
• Supporting on everyday activities of daily living, promoting independence and purpose using a person-centered approach also when required using de-escalation techniques
• It is my responsibility to run the unit, supporting staff and service users throughout the shift, maintaining care plans and supporting other units as and when required.

• Responsible for administering, recording, and ordering of medications
• To lead and be responsible for the shift assessing priorities, delegating resources effectively and ensuring documentation is completed
• Review the care needs of customers to ensure the service user plans are maintained accurately and care delivered accordingly
