  • Currently undertaking a six-month Urology rotation with regular exposure to emergency urology referrals, urology ward care, outpatient activity, flexible cystoscopy clinics and theatre lists.
  • Managing and assessing common urological presentations at CT1 level, including renal colic, obstructed infected systems, urinary retention, haematuria, catheter problems, nephrostomy issues and acute scrotal presentations.
  • Developing procedural and operative experience in catheterisation, difficult catheterisation, rigid and flexible cystoscopy, ureteric stenting, bladder biopsy/TURBT pathways, circumcision and scrotal procedures under senior supervision.
  • Participating in endourology and emergency theatre lists, with growing familiarity with cystoscopic anatomy, ureteric access, retrograde studies, stent insertion principles, post-operative plans and discharge counselling.
  • Building evidence for Urology specialty training through logbook activity, WBA assessments, reflective practice, audit and supervised progression in technical skills.

Completed a 3-year program in entrepreneurship, technology, teamwork and leadership studies. This program aims to educate and empower tomorrow’s most promising Palestinian and Israeli leaders to take action towards creating positive social and political impact in the Middle East. It included an extensive application process, but this program has allowed me to developed skills that I deem to be invaluable, and I am honoured to continue helping out as an Alumni.
