I have just finished college and am now looking for full time work to save up for University in September 2026 to study Nutrition. I am looking for a job working with people, I am happy to be challenged to learn new responsibilities to build on my skill set. I have enjoyed being in customer facing roles, which has developed my communication skills with people with a range of ages and abilities. This has also taught me to manage challenging situations when needed. I particularly enjoy preparing food for others, which I am doing at my current job, however, they do not have enough hours. My previous and current employment have provided me with transferable skills, I have excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude to any challenges in the workplace. I am looking for a full time position and am available to start immediately.
The majority of my shifts are in the chip hut where I switch between the three roles of serving customers at the till, frying chips and assembling the food. As well as this I have had experience in other parts of the club such as making coffee and tea and serving pies. I have now been given the position of preparing players food in advance where I have to cater towards different dietary requirements.

During my time at Irma's cafe and bistro I was employed as a KP but promoted to kitchen assistant. Following Irma's closing, my boss continued to employ me to assist in catering for weddings and making home takeaways from her kitchen. She later became the manager of the snowdrop pub kitchen in Lewes where she continued to employ me to assist her.
