River Bridge and Road Project

• Recorded daily events and activities in site diary to evaluate process and improve productivity.
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule for all Structural elements, shuttering work for super-structure (PSC Box Girder and PSC Voided Slab)
• Ordered and tracked delivery of construction materials and supplies from vendors.
• Prestressing activities and Site calculations for Post-tensioning of cast-in situ box girder and PSC voided slab
• Developed safety awareness program consisting of construction safety audits and safety meetings.

ROB Project

• Deftly supervised structural elements of flyover, managed post-tensioning activity of Cast in-situ I-Girder.
• Collaborated with engineering team to determine project specifications.
• Supervised Open foundation reinforcement fixing, shuttering and concrete pouring activities
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule for Combined footing, Pier, I-Girder etc

WTP and STP Project

• Construction of Water Treatment Plant (1 MLD) and Sewage Treatment Plant (1.2 MLD)
