Thoroughly enjoyed 4 days of working at Cognizant and learning about the Big 4 in particular and how they operate. Through being able to shadow the Director of the firm, I understood a lot about how the most successful companies work and analysed their key strengths and weaknesses.
I was lucky enough to get first-hand experience on how the Lloyds banking group runs their company. Itwas exciting to see how they deal with cybercrime, and I enjoyed tackling hackers online. I also
understood valuable insights into what makes a team tick and managed to demonstrate my leadership. and problem-solving skills in all the interactive workshops.
