Preston Lindley

Primavista is an esteemed restaurant, which results in continuous work of high quantity. I usually wash and manage utensils and plates, but I also help the chefs with preparation, manage inventory in our storage downstairs, and prepare the kitchen for the next day after the chefs have left. Primavista challenges my consistency daily, as It is always busy and I have many responsibilities. This has allowed me to manage tasks independently and convert stress into productivity.

My attendance at Location Location was for work experience, but it still allowed me to develop skills to the extent of paid work. Much of my time was spent observing the staff contact solicitors, although I also went on several house viewings and a house evaluation. The house viewing was mainly where I thrived, as it ensured further development of my social and sales skills. It was fundamental as It allowed me to get a preview of working as a team to achieve a goal, and communicating with customers to gain profit for the company.

Developed social skills through engaging interactions with customers while waiting tables. Managed several tables of 20 or more during busy shifts, demonstrating ability to thrive under pressure.
