• SCCM Engineer responsible for applications, packages, and software update or security patch deployment through ADR to 30,000+ workstations and 900 server deployments through the SCCM/MECM console.
• Worked as a key SCCM/Intune resource in different migration projects, such as Windows 10 application readiness and device readiness teams.
• Migrated over 600 applications (MSI, APPV, script) from the Windows 7 to the Windows 10 environment and deployed to more than 30,000 production workstations.
• Troubleshooting application, package & security updates deployment related issues through server/client logs in SCCM/MECM
• Performed remediation on non-compliant machines that are vulnerable to MS critical security updates (cumulative/OOB patch), business-related applications, and packages.
• Hands-on experience in creating custom reports using SQL/WQL queries, as well as through CMPivot reporting in SCCM/MECM.
