Assistant Finance System
- Provide ongoing support for Access Workspace systems and resolve related issues
- Assist in design and scoping of Excel reports and PowerBI dashboards, ensuring alignment with existing finance systems and internal frameworks
- Collaborate with Finance department to conceptualize and create internal management reports
- Aid in enhancing efficiency of financial systems and reporting processes for finance team and colleagues
- Conduct training sessions every month for approximately 10 members requiring system utilization
- Prioritizing and categorizing tasks and requests.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
