Established Predictive Analytics Digital Platform using IoT/AI Technologies in Carrier HVAC and Carrier Commercial Refrigeration organization for 'Digital Transformation Project' worth ~US$ 10 Mn and successfully delivered the same as 'Client Partner'. Setup teams in the UK, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Italy and the Czech Republic to execute this program
2. Delivered Digital Transformation and Energy Efficiency program for Water Utility companies in the UK, by consolidating work under 4 teams globally with a project worth ~US$ 8 Mn.
3. Instrumental in an end-to-end installation consisting of Engineering, Procurement and Commissioning of 100 MW Solar power plants with projects worth ~US$ 80 Mn.
4. Led the implementation of Energy Efficiency and Management projects(CEAT Manufacturing and SADBHAV Engineering) valued ~US$ 50 Mn.
5. Implemented crowd-sourcing of ideas from Customer organizations to identify potential automation opportunities
6. Implemented Agile for IT groups across the board to move away from the waterfall model or at least have the hybrid model.
