I despite being in senior role, didn't mind entering issues on JIRA myself and I believed in leading by example.
Training: Trained the QA staff regularly. Guided them on how to test the game, helped them correct any mistakes, I found in their bug report, basically, acted as a mentor to them.
Management: When my manager was away or busy, gave work to team as big as forty testers. Assigned duties and divided work among all testers.
Interacted with people from other pods and departments, when encountering issues, which further enhanced my inter-personal communication skills.
I collaborated with team from other countries like Romania and USA, which helped me broaden my horizon and gave me a better perspective and exposure on day to day tasks.
Automation: Used scripty tool to automate test cases in regards to Apex Legends. Worked with team from USA and Romania.
