• Revitalized SAP practice by establishing SAP Innovation CoE in UK in June 2024, immediately securing 1st Runner-Up at Global SAP Hack2Build event with a Patient based ordering application for Healthcare industry.
• Collaborated with Head of SAP at NTT DATA to design operating model and organizational structure for a rapidly growing SAP practice, supporting a team of 60 onshore and 240 offshore resources. This model will help us scale with practice growth rate.

SAP S/4HANA Discovery Phase for a Construction Equipment Company

• Analysed existing IT landscape and architecture to assess compatibility and identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for integrating S/4HANA within current environment.
• Established a high-level solution architecture blueprint , outlining system design, integration points, and data flow. Also, categorised custom extensions to 'Side By Side' extensions using SAP BTP.
• Analysed and concluded on SAP S/4HANA Bill of Materials (BOM) required for programme, FUE count, Hyperscaler strategy forming inputs to business case.
• Collaborated with customer leadership team to build business case proposition which involved quantitative benefits related to ERP running costs, ROI in 10 years, people benefited by programme and also included qualitative benefits in addressing business pain points.

S/4HANA Business Transformation for a large NHS Trust

• Serve dual role as Enterprise Solution Architect and Head of Technical Delivery, responsible for end-to-end technical solution design and implementation of S/4HANA Private Cloud Greenfield project . Successfully solution designed & delivered over 100+ Clean Core Extensions (Cloud BADI's, CDS, API's & Fiori), 50+ API Led Integrations, RBAC & SOD design, solution & implementation of BTP services - Integration Suite, BAS, Identity & Authentication service, SAP Build, Neptune.
• Chair Technical Design Authority (TDA) for NTT DATA, guiding and streamlining technical solution decision-making process with client to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Act as key speaker in monthly Programme Board , providing regular updates on overall program status, key risks, issues, and mitigation plans to CFO, Deputy CFO, and Programme Director.
• Collaborated closely with Warehouse & Logistics Director during vendor vetting process to select a cutting-edge UI solution, enhancing SAP EWM functionality for warehouse operators. By introducing a streamlined, user-friendly interface, this initiative is set to revolutionize warehouse operations across NHS trusts in UK, driving efficiency, reducing training time, and empowering operators with intuitive tools to perform tasks seamlessly.
• Collaborated with Procurement Director and Process Owners to streamline procurement application landscape, reducing six departmental third-party applications to two. This rationalization effort simplified system architecture, reduced CAPEX, and enhanced operational efficiency across procurement function.
• Serve as BTP Architect , responsible for analysing and determining exact BTP services required to meet project needs while managing licensing costs within agreed CPEA credits under RISE with SAP agreement.
• Collaborated with Chief Pharmacist to develop a comprehensive solution design, implementing for first time across NHS trusts in UK, an integration between pharmacy dispensary system and SAP S/4HANA. This ensures seamless synchronization of orders, goods receipts, and dispensary issues across both systems improving patient care.

S/4HANA Template Strategy for a Global Oil Company

• Collaborated with Global VP of IT, regional IT leaders, and business heads to understand overarching business vision, strategic goals, and specific regional objectives.
• Leveraged industry-specific reference architecture and best practices to map out L1 and L2 business processes across regions allowing to understand unique regional requirements.
• Assess existing application stack and identify equivalent or enhanced capabilities within S/4HANA or SAP SaaS solutions to meet current business needs based on the L1 & L2 capability map. - Task in Progress

During my 11-year tenure at Accenture , I held diverse roles in Consumer Goods Industry (Multinational brewing and beverage company SABMiller,multinational manufacturer of confectionery, pet food MARS).
