Years of research experience
Stem cell biologist and cardiovascular researcher with over 10 years of research experience across KCL, QMUL, UCL and Imperial. During those 10 years, I have led the establishment of two laboratories, supervised and trained over 20 researchers, and developed several novel assays leading to well-cited publications in high-impact factor journals. I have also presented at various national and international conferences and public outreach events. Through a passion for stem cell therapies, I have explored the efficacy and safety of stem cell-derived cells using several tissue engineering approaches in animal models including mice, rats, rabbits and pigs. With expertise in cellular and molecular biology, cardiovascular research and cell and gene therapy, I am looking for the right opportunity to utilise all my skills whilst progressing as an ever-growing scientist.
