• I used to process routine Biochemistry and special Biochemistry samples, HbA1C on Beckman coulter and validate it.
• I had been requesting immunology tests for clinicians i.e. ASO, RA, GEL electrophoresis for urine and serum, HIV, HCV, HTLV,

One of the special test which is Keilhauer testing- staining and APT testing I used to perform occasionally and used to escalate it for
interpreting result to the Consultant hematologists.
• In Blood -Bank I was responsible for Anti Human Globulin testing, Various Types of Cross-match compatibility testing with Diamed
Gel cards system - Blood Group, ICT, DCT, Blood donor screening and blood collection, Investigation of Blood Transfusion
Reaction, Blood Component Preparation by Bachman's J6 B refrigerated centrifuge, pooled cell Preparation, Du test for Rh-
Negative, capable to work in various blood donation camps to do phlebotomy.
• I used to make sure that adequate stocks of consumables and reagents are available to maintain an efficient service, informing
Lab. Supervisor /central store department of lab when supplies need replenishing.
