• Collaborated with a partner to execute arduous duties, including hoisting empty kegs, dropping and lifting full kegs in the cellar, setting up the bar and outside area, cleaning, and moving wine stock and fruit boxes.
• Improved overall cleanliness and organisation of the establishment by tidying the chaotic cold room, sweeping various areas in and outside, and deep cleaning the bar bins.
• Strengthened physical labour skills by transporting multiple pallets of bottled beer up 20 steps to the cold room during the final 150 minutes of my shift, even staying later when required to get the job done.

I started this job during the busiest time of the year, the Christmas season, and despite handling up to 60 heavy beer kegs, 80 empty kegs, and 80 wine boxes per shift, I met the deadlines maintaining a positive attitude.
