Working as a Site Engineer across major civil engineering and infrastructure projects including the Mumbles Sea Defence Scheme , Cilfynydd Grid Stability Project , and Tata Steel Lagoon works . Gained experience in coastal, energy and industrial environments, supporting site delivery from planning through to construction and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting out and surveying works using engineering drawings, specifications and design information to ensure accurate construction delivery.
• Producing and communicating setting out information to site teams, subcontractors and supervisors through drawings, surveys and daily coordination.
• Completing as-built surveys and maintaining accurate site records for completed works.
• Reviewing construction drawings, identifying discrepancies and liaising with designers and project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Supporting weekly planning through preparation of lookahead programmes, ganger sheets and coordination of labour, plant and materials.
• Carrying out quality assurance checks on works including concrete, drainage, earthworks, reinforcement, bolt sets, ducts and associated civil activities.
• Preparing and contributing to site documentation including RAMS, permits, reports, records and approval documents.
• Supervising site activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with drawings, specifications and RAMS.
• Supporting health, safety and environmental compliance, promoting a positive safety culture across site operations.
• Working collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and clients to solve construction challenges and maintain programme delivery.

Project Experience:

• Mumbles Sea Defence Scheme: Supported delivery of coastal defence works, gaining experience in marine civil engineering, setting out, QA processes and site coordination.
• Cilfynydd Grid Stability Project: Assisted with construction delivery of energy infrastructure works, including surveying, concrete works, drainage, earthing systems, documentation and planning.
• Tata Steel Lagoon Works: Currently involved in industrial civil engineering works, supporting site operations, engineering control and construction activities.

• Ensure an efficient, safe and friendly service to all customers and visitors of the leisure centre.
• Complete a range of duties that contribute towards the delivery of the leisure service plan.
• Greet visitors, handling complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
