Poppy Davenport

As a newly qualified paramedic with a passion for helping others, I am eager to apply and expand my skills in this role. Through my studies and clinical placements, I have developed valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in delivering high-quality pre-hospital care. These, alongside my work as a first responder, have equipped me with the ability to remain calm under pressure, make rapid and accurate assessments, and provide appropriate treatment and advice.

I am confident working both independently and as part of a team, using sound clinical judgment to make decisions and recognising when additional support is required. My background as a carer has further strengthened my communication skills, empathy, and respect for patient dignity—all of which I consistently bring into my practice. I am committed to putting patient care first and ensuring every individual receives compassionate, effective support.

• In my free time I enjoy keeping fit and active by going to the gym, walking my dog and spending time with friends and family.
