This made me feel so proud as it showed how much work I have put into this placement. getting this recognition really meant a lot to me.

- I edited rotas and scanned documents to make sure that the records accurate.
- I also did online research and collated evidence to be sent with items that needed selling on Ebay. this involved finding average prices of said items online and seeing their worth.

- I developed my problem-solving skills through researching items in detail and verifying - even when some items were tricky. I found solutions to always make sure the task was completed thoroughly.
