  • Promoted twice to a higher position within the company.
  • Positions held: Sr Exchange Project Manager, Exchange Team Leader, Client Relationship Manager.
  • Inherited and managed Teams of 4-6 sales execs for the IQPC Defence, Legal & Finance and IA Portfolios. Hired 2 New starters for my team, involved in the full interview process for my team and others.
  • Planned campaign strategies, Report Figures to the director and other departments, schedule and lead 121's / training sessions, ensure KPI's are maintained at a high level all whist keeping team motivation high.
  • Update and track sales figures daily and report on them whenever needed. Find & load data into our CRM (Oracle) so execs can maintain sales activity.
  • Use analytical data provided by the CRM and past events to improve sales figures, activities and strategy. once collated, i would report and present these to management to improve the overall company strategy towards increasing sales.
  • The team I managed beat the previous year’s numbers. One of the events I managed got the record for the highest number of delegates attending, and one of my execs beat the record of the greatest number of delegates booked for an event.
  • When selling I would connect senior personnel and industry leaders within the sectors globally through Conferences and Summits. I do this by calling, emailing and connecting on LinkedIn leads via leads provided such as past delegates and own research
  • Personal sales figures would be anything between £10k-£20k (passes are between £1.5k-£2.5k each) each month by upselling, cross-selling and ensuring multiple passes are being sold where possible.

  • Within the first 2 months, I already closed over £67k worth of business. More than any of my other colleagues.
  • 65% of my clients I booked, I increased their spend from the previous year. I was for ahead of Forecast to my target of £800k (which had been raised from £650k).
