  • Creativity was needed as I decided to start my own side hustle, my business involved making a Social Media Marketing Agency where I had to do cold outreach to gain my initial clients, and from the positive results I was able to showcase my own ads on Facebook to gather my own warm leads and I explained my services to those leads and closed more business deals In addition, creativity and adaptability was needed in the process of creating these ads as I had to adapt and meet each client's requirements
