I did my year 10 work experience with Shropshire council working with Enable. During my time there I participated in team meetings, case conferencing, administrative support and shadowed drug and alcohol services.
I learnt many new skills throughout my time with Enable including; how to best prioritise my time, how mental health and drug and alcohol services operate, how to remain calm in potentially stressful situations, data protection, safeguarding, confidentiality and how to deliver an exemplary customer experience.
