  • Shift running which involves:

- Managing a team of 4-15 people to help each other run the restaurant smoothly, being polite and helpful to customers, as well as assisting with any complaints.

- Looking after health and safety such as, cold and hot temps, dates and the general safety of my staff.

- Opening and Closing making sure all checks are done and all stock is accounted for. In addition, cashing up and checking closing/ cleaning jobs.

  • Oversee inventory management to avoid any shortage or excess stock issues. This includes : Food products, disposables, chemicals and various maintenance products.
  • Supervise a team of 4-8 team trainers to look after paperwork compliance for all staff, as well as, having monthly meetings to discuss elements of the training process to ensure consistency.
