Piercy Kombe

I am a highly motivated second-year BSc Computer Science student at the University of Leicester (2024–2028), currently on track for a 2:1. I am actively seeking a 12-month industrial placement in a forward-thinking engineering or technology organisation, available to start in June 2026 . I have a strong enthusiasm for software engineering, hands-on problem-solving, and working on real-world systems in fast-paced, technical environments.

Through academic projects and self-initiated learning, I have developed practical experience in programming, software design, and debugging which I am ready to apply into practical experience. I am eager to apply important skills to support innovative solutions and contribute to engineering teams working on both short- and long-term projects. I consistently engage with the wider tech world through forums, technical articles, and self-study keeping pace with the rapidly evolving computing landscape.
