I feel these skills that I have acquired throughout my past experiences will give me an advantage in this field of work. I hold an interest in the ministry of defence and finding it all really interesting. Through different situations at work and university I have stepped up and took on responsibility of tasks which has improved my leadership and management skills. An example at university where I took on extra responsibility was during a group project where a presentation had to be made at the end, I gave out roles and made sure that it was all on track and submitted on time. Through these experiences I feel like I have a good skillset but I believe that there is always space to grow which this graduate scheme is a fantastic opportunity to do so.
