Bug Reporting:

• Identify, isolate, regress and communicate issues effectively and efficiently while updating and maintaining reported issues.
• Thoroughly examine gameplay to identify any problems
• Verifying if bugs have been fixed successfully
• Free testing specific areas of the game to find any unreported issues
• Report any found issues and ensure they are assigned to the relevant department

Functionality testing:

• Perform tasks set out by the QA Team Lead (ad hoc or specific testing) in TestRail.
• Use JIRA and Test rail for completing tests and creating test rails.
• Test game's functionality, UI, balance, stability, performance, and multiplayer capabilities.
• Acquired detailed knowledge of both the project and technical requirements to support QA testing effectiveness.
• Provide constructive feedback on game design, difficulty, and gameplay.
• Eliminate defects in final products by implementing detailed quality checks.

• Leader of a UK eSports team which competed at a national and international level and became one of the top 15 teams in the UK.
• Leadership, strategy development, team management, concentration, and communication skills were essential to ensure that the team performs as a unit, often making key team decisions within milliseconds
• Develop winning strategies and adapt and communicate these clearly in-game while under pressure while also maintaining a positive team morale.
