A dedicated and patient-focused osteopath with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy (2023), specialising in women's health and pediatric care. My clinical experience includes rotations in sports and headache clinics, providing a well-rounded approach to musculoskeletal and systemic conditions. Throughout my time at ESO, I treated a diverse range of patients, from athletes with sports injuries to individuals managing chronic pain and postural issues. Since graduation, I have worked in private practice, but I am eager to broaden my reach and provide care to a wider demographic. In addition to clinical practice, I have been managing a multi-disciplinary clinic, overseeing operations, and leading a team administrative and support staff. My approach combines structural osteopathy with a holistic perspective, addressing the root cause of conditions through both structural interventions and an understanding of underlying pathophysiological mechanisms.
Dissertation: “What is the quality and quantity of studies reporting the effects of exercise as a form of pain management in women with primary dysmenorrhea and its impact on quality of life?”
I'm a compassionate and highly organised healthcare professional with a strong commitment to patient care. My focus is on delivering comprehensive, evidence-based treatment tailored to each individual. I thrive in leadership roles, balancing clinical responsibilities with strategic planning to ensure optimal patient outcomes. My dedication to continuous learning allows me to stay at the forefront of osteopathic and functional medicine advancements. I am an effective communicator, fostering trust and rapport with both patients and colleagues alike.
