I am a motivated and enthusiastic trainee Physical Education teacher, currently completing my teacher training, with a strong academic background in Sport Science after graduating with a Sport and Exercise Science degree. I am passionate about promoting physical activity, student wellbeing, and inclusive participation within PE. Through my training placements, I have developed confidence in planning and delivering engaging lessons, using assessment for learning strategies, and adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners. I have also contributed to extracurricular sport, helping to increase student engagement, particularly among female pupils.
