Physiotherapy student with HCPC pending transcripts (June 20th). I am a qualified Sports Remedial Massage Therapist (ITEC Level 3) with specialist skills in acupuncture and a patient-centred, performance-focused approach. Since 2020, I’ve worked with sports teams and private clients to deliver tailored treatments for recovery, injury prevention, and peak performance. Alongside this, I have gained broad NHS clinical experience across MSK, respiratory, neuro, and community settings—developing strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and team collaboration in high-pressure environments. I’m trained in BLS and CPR, committed to continuous development, and passionate about combining hands-on therapy with holistic physiotherapy to support optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
As part of my work in sports massage therapy, I provided treatment at the GB Diving Federation's Spring Masters Competition — an international event held at Edinburgh Diving Pool featuring elite athletes, including Olympians and Commonwealth competitors. Over several days, I delivered tailored sports massage sessions to high-performance divers, working closely with athletes and their coaches to address sport-specific needs, aid recovery, and optimise performance. This experience deepened my ability to adapt treatment approaches in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining professionalism and clinical focus.
I’m a self-employed Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist (ITEC qualified, 5+ years) based in the Cotswolds, currently studying Physiotherapy while managing a thriving private client base. I work flexibly across remote sessions and in-person treatments from a clinic room I share with a multidisciplinary team, allowing for collaborative, well-rounded care.
With additional training in acupuncture, and a strong personal insight into sport and muscle kinematics, I deliver targeted treatments that support recovery, optimise performance, and are tailored to the specific demands of each client’s sport or lifestyle. My hands-on experience includes working at national and regional events such as the GB Diving Springboard Championships, Cotswold triathlons at Lake 32, and the Sheffield Half Marathon.
I independently manage my caseload, maintain clinical records in line with GDPR, and consistently deliver results-driven, client-centred care. My approach combines clinical knowledge with a real-world understanding of athletic performance and recovery — helping clients move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free.
Collaborated across departments. Delivered admin support, data entry, and operated the UCAS and Hallam Clearing phonelines with confidence and professionalism.
