As a proprietor of small and successful roofing company and self-taught individual, I pride myself on having over 28-years of experience in roofing and cladding industry with a depth and intensive knowledge of most aspects of roofing and cladding systems from.

Having worked for many successful big roofing contractors, I have acquired a vast portfolio of countless jobs including Retrofit of 55 Colmore Row in Birmingham, many MOD projects, Waitrose's DC and John Lewis DC in Milton Keynes, Belmarsh Prison in London, Hampden Park in Glasgow, Truro College, Bullring Shopping Centre in Birmingham and many more projects to date.

We have now moved on to a new chapter in construction and now own a Roofing & Cladding consultancy PLS Surveys Ltd.

We now conduct Audit Inspections on new & refurbishment projects to help ensure the projects are installed as per the manufacturers recommendations.

We also conduct Roofing & Cladding Condition & dilapidations surveys on a variety of different buildings and supply a full scope of works to ensure the buildings live on, along with Photovoltaic inspections.

  • Ensuring any relevant materials are accounted for so work can progress on site.
  • Ensuring all deliveries of material are unloads safely and undamaged.
  • Liaising with crane companies to ensure lift plans are followed and all relevant test certificates are up to date.
