- Led and managed remediation efforts of over 43 downstream applications consuming clinical trial data from a number of upstream source systems via an Oracle DB data hub.
- Effectively managed circa $3m worth of remediation costs, which successfully covered impact assessment, development, testing and deployment of over 4000 data model changes across 43 consumer applications.
- Facilitated workshops to communicate technical and business implications of data model changes to a wide variety of stakeholders, including application BSOs, product owners, IT owners and system developers.
