• Systematically analysed key business processes to identify, classify, and prioritise data assets enabling critical decision points and handoffs. Identified and onboarded over 70 critical data elements.
• Established and operationalised quality rules for all 70 CDEs within enterprise tools like Collibra and Ataccama, enabling automated monitoring and exception reporting against business-defined quality thresholds.

Global Pharma Client - Downstream Integration Manager (August 2023 - December 2024)

• Led and managed remediation efforts of over 43 downstream applications consuming clinical trial data from a number of upstream source systems via an Oracle DB data hub.
• Effectively managed circa $3m worth of remediation costs, which successfully covered impact assessment, development, testing and deployment of over 4000 data model changes across 43 consumer applications.
• Facilitated workshops to communicate technical and business implications of data model changes to a wide variety of stakeholders, including application BSOs, product owners, IT owners and system developers.
• Managed programme risks spanning timeline delays, cost concerns and technical dilemmas, ensuring risks were articulated transparently to the programme leadership and timely mitigating actions were taken.

• Managed the integration activities for over 30 upstream and downstream systems interfacing with a cloud-based data fabric.
• Coordinated cross-functional application teams through the full development lifecycle, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
