Prior to joining Lloyds Banking Group, I worked in the hospitality sector, where I developed strong customer service, time management and effective organization skills. I was quickly promoted to an assistant management position and given the responsibility of being a key holder, creating staff rotas, handling and depositing cash and delivering training to new team members.
