This was primarily to upgrade the companies old Dell 9310/9370/9380 Laptops to the newer Dell Latitude models 7440/7450.
The upgrade consisted of the following tasks.
Contact users with old laptops and make appointment to swap
Build new laptop for user and ensure all applications are transferred
Help the user to logon to new laptop and make sure everything is working.
Take old laptop and quarantine for two weeks
Update end user asset bulk update template to include quarantined machines.
Swap out 4-6 laptops per day.
