  • Asked by Rothschild to come back to complete the first phase of their Laptop replacement project.
  • This was primarily to upgrade the companies old Dell 9310/9370/9380 Laptops to the newer Dell Latitude models 7440/7450.
  • The upgrade consisted of the following tasks.
  • Contact users with old laptops and make appointment to swap
  • Build new laptop for user and ensure all applications are transferred
  • Help the user to logon to new laptop and make sure everything is working.
  • Take old laptop and quarantine for two weeks
  • Update end user asset bulk update template to include quarantined machines.
  • Swap out 4-6 laptops per day.
