Currently, I am a team manger skilled in multiple departments, and I have acquired skills that enable me to consistently maintain a high standard of work. These skills include accurately inputting pick hours into the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system and managing return-to-work processes. Additionally, I excel in following disciplinary procedures, issuing informal warnings, and even progressing to formal letters of concern when necessary.
My duties encompass a range of responsibilities, including liaising with the training team to assess the needs of new hires. Identifying potential issues and deficiencies in their training, I take the initiative to address these concerns through additional training and mentoring. This proactive approach ensures that new team members are well-prepared and capable of meeting our performance expectations.
I am technical-minded and my passions are computers and motor mechanics,which I enjoy tinkering with. I enjoy to relax with team games of Airsoft and visiting historical landmarks, visiting the British countryside and museums.
