I have worked as a regional site supervisor since 2010. Looking after numerous major employment sites covering 2 regions in the Midlands and North West. Managing an Engineering team, numbering up to 12, to deliver PPM and reactive work tasks to schedule .

• Managed site resources, maximising utility and reducing waste.
• Organised logistics and managed visiting contractors.
• Managed construction and improvement projects working closely with project team .
• Driven a strong health and safety culture within my team . Arranged training as required making sure all are kept up to date via training, tool box talks and Live Safety updates.
• Harness technical expertise within team, to efficiently manage in a time conscious and cost effective manner.
• Constructively challenge processes and procedures to ensure the company motto of ‘the exceptional everyday' is fulfilled.

I took the role of regional Site Supervisor in December 2010 when the contract changed from GSH to Norland. Looking after Lloyds Banking Group MES sites in the North West .

Based at HBOS Chester, covering all NW HBOS MES estate and selected branches. PPM, reactive works and quoted works.

I joined the Bank Of Scotland engineering team in 2001 initially working for Alfred McAlpine until 2006 when the contract passed to GSH.

I was promoted to Lead Engineer 2006 and assisted my line manager with the logistics of delivering the contract. Planning, quoting, sub contractor control and change management.

Team training management.

Time served electrician. All aspects of electrical installation and testing in diverse environments. Office refurbishments, commercial properties, warehouses, medical settings, data centres, private properties and new builds.
