  • Started in a Business Constancy role to support Subway Franchisees in all areas of their business with a main aim to improve their sales and profitability while maintaining brand standards
  • Moved on to Operations Manager leading a team of 6 Business Consultants to drive KPI’s towards an overarching Annual Operations Plan
