· Was assigned to Managem's Sudan project, Block 15 in Wadi Gabgaba where I helped standardize mining operation and created a spatially referenced schedule using MineSched to replace previous schedules formulated in excel and made it available to their technical hub (Reminex) staff for review and onward implementation.
· Revised pit designs into stages to allow optimisation of mining fleet to meet mill feed targets and strip waste for a continued smooth ounce profile.
For Micon International;
· Ultimate Pit Optimisation, design and Life of mine Plan on behalf of Azer Gold in support of a Sulphides Ore Pre-Feasibility study the company went on to be awarded the full feasibility study in 2021.
Joined Agbaou Mine as a Senior Mining Engineer and was promoted to Chief Mining Engineer 6 Months later and took responsibility for coordinating grade control and survey function input into mine operations and continued mentoring a team of Mining Engineers to develop core competencies necessary to provide technical support to the project and generate decision supporting information for mine management. I was from time to time called upon to provider leadership and mining technical support at Endeavour Mining's other operations, notably Hounde and Ity Mines.
