• Delivery Jersey Nightingale Hospital during Covid - 6500m2, 200 bed intensive care facility in 34 days

Lead SRM's Wales and West Regional Business Unit with operational and work winning responsibility.

• Reporting to the board on all aspects of the Business, with turnover in excess of £120m pa.
• Operational control of Project portfolio including WestQuay Phase 2 / Cardiff Central Square / Severnside, Energy from Waste / The Depot 600+ bed student accommodation.
• Ensured compliance with company policies and championed "Right First Time" Quality initiatives.
• Led process optimisation initiatives to improve workflow efficiency and best workplace culture.

• Extensive Civil / MEP works - Gravity bases / 8 miles of site roads, crane bases / infrastructure, HV substations / Collection grid.
• Managed budgets under difficult conditions through delivery using a multidisciplinary team.

Project Inspire - £75m Target Cost Bespoke Contract, Refurbishment / New Build Research Facilities for DSTL at Porton Down and Portsdown West, inc Data Centres, Research Offices / Labs / Fire Station

• Management of works in SC and TS security environments
• Complex phasing and decant moves for NATO operations throughout wks

Derriford Hospital - Target Cost Contract, 9 storey Cardiothoracic / Intensive Care Facility inc extension of 2 No. Operating theatres

• Complex MEP system integration with existing hospital inc pressure regime, bedhead services, specialist gases and backup systems
• Lead Facade delivery with unitised systems and later clinical fitout
• CoW liaison to reach Practical Completion / HTM compliance

Clarence Building, Royal William Yard - Traditional Contract, Refurbishment of Grade 1 Naval Property

• Lead delivery of refurbishment works with 200 operatives over 7 key trades
• Traditional construction techniques - stonemasons, lead works, carpentry & roofing to exacting heritage standards
• Oversaw subcontractors, adherence to safety regulations, programme and project reporting updates to stakeholders - Client (SWRDA) and Architect (GHK)
