Gained experience in various areas of the technology division whilst leading and delivering a range of projects including infrastructure migration, systems integration, systems decommissioning, organisational design, client roll-outs and cross-business capabilities.

• Delivered a £40m, multi-year program ahead of schedule with no client impact. The project migrated c.175 real-time venues from legacy infrastructure to the strategic real-time platform, including blue chip clients.
• Partnered with multiple LSEG divisions to design and deliver their target state organisational design post-LSEG/Refinitiv merger.
• Successfully led the decommissioning of legacy platforms as part of a post-acquisition data centre migration program, resulting in significant cost synergies.
• Led multiple workstreams as part of the LSEG Workspace roll-out to UBS.
