I was headhunted directly by the CEO based on a meeting I had with him 1 year prior, I reported directly to the CEO and was tasked with growing and maintaining the revenue from our 3 largest global accounts that generated over $500,000 in annual revenue. I unfortunately had to leave this position as it required a lot of international travel which I couldn't commit to anymore. Some of my achievements were:


  • During my third month I negotiated and renewed a $185,000 contract with $15,000 up sell
  • Overseen an end to end sales process for all inbound and outbound leads within the EMEA region
  • I conducted monthly in person meetings to strategise on new projects and processes that would increase their usage of our platform. This lead to several up sells.
  • I traveled to Asia and successfully pitched in person to CXO's and VP's of billion dollar companies with 100,000's employees
  • I revamped my clients recruitment process that revolutionized the way they hire. The results of this was a 20% reduction in cost per hire and a 3x ROI
