I joined M&T Hospitality Management to lead a new independent luxurious hotel and spa opening. Working closely with the hotel ownership I played an integral role with the hotels brand development and key strategy objective of attaining a 5 star service rating.


During the Covid-19 pandemic this project build was delayed and I was asked to lead a luxurious independent hotel in Southport, on behalf of M&T. I established a strong working relationship with the hotel ownership and was responsible for results from July 2020, reopening the hotel for business.


Through effective leadership, my team and I had achieved our financial budgets and operational goals for 2021 and 2022, whilst delivering exceptional high performances throughout the summer periods
