In this role lead key business transformational / change management initiatives in this senior leadership role, including IT, commercial, and strategic projects, I manage the PMO office, as well as the Business Systems and Business Intelligence teams.
· Project lead for the end-to-end implementation of Prophet 21 (ERP system), enhancing operational efficiency and data accuracy across the organization.
· Led a cross-functional team of 20 members, fostering collaboration between IT, finance, operations, and external vendors.
· Managed the integration of the ERP system with new and existing software and platforms, including CRM, accounting software and e-commerce platform (Magento) to create a unified operational framework.
