UK & Ireland Representative, the State of Georgia’s Department of Economic Development
This role includes supporting companies from the US State of Georgia evaluate and enter into opportunities in the UK & Irish markets through market research and lead generation activities.
Other tasks include delegation management and stakeholder engagement.
UK Trade Corridor Program. Supported by the UK’s Department of Business & Trade.
This program was initiated to strengthen strategic relationships with selected countries globally by increasing bi-lateral trade activity. My involvement in the program included -
- Recruitment. I completely managed the recruitment of 30+ companies across two separate
programs. This involved a careful supply-chain mapping exercise, direct engagement with
companies, and regular feedback sessions with DBT.
- Account Management. Account managing the companies taking part in the program, dealing with
issues and supporting the companies throughout the process.
- Project monitoring and feedback to DBT. Significant contributed to reporting on the progress and key outcomes of the project.
Duties include:
- Providing a quick, clear and helpful sales experience to existing Vodafone customers.
- Consistently exceeding a range of Key Perfomance Indicators (KPI’s) including sales volume, customer satisfaction and net revenue.
- If necessary, resolving conflict in a calm, collected, and measured manner.
- Ensuring the protection of personal information, and ensure compliance of all GDPR legislation.
