- I started my career with Reynolds in January 2023,
- This was a new challenge for me as i had never planned fuel to Petrol stations before.
- Daily objective is to Prioritize schedules to meet delivery requirements to make sure no sites ran out of stock, Customer satisfaction is very important.
- I have to make sure that the trucks are earning enough revenue per shift, And to make sure that the drivers are keeping legal with Daily and weekly driving times.
- I started off looking after Two small depots in Immingham and Teesside, The total amount of trucks was approximately 8 in Both working day and night shift with rota based drivers.
- I have progresses to looking after the south east of England, I now have approximately 25 trucks working day and nigh shit,
- Some of the drivers are Monday to Friday and the rest are on a rolling four on four off,
- With Sickness and Holiday the planning can get stressful but this is where i shine, It takes a lot for me to get stressed with work as their is always a solution in most cases in this job i have to work out what site requires the delivery compared to others, This could be down to the individual client, Shift Time and how much fuel i have on some accounts,
- Over a month i plan for over 10 million liters of fuel to be delivered.

- I started here a year after getting my Class 1 License,
- I was employed as a Day driver but if the work required me to work away then i did,
- After a while i was voted to be the Drivers Representative, This was so when it came to Management meeting the Drivers were involved, I was also present during driver disciplinary hearings.
- I had to go into hospital for the Second time in my employment for an operation on my Spine. Due to how long the recovery period was going to be i was asked if i wanted to come into the office to help out,
- I soon found that i was good at something other than driving,

- I was planning for 12 trucks from 7.5 Ton to Full Articulated.
- We were delivering approximately 100,150 pallets a day and sending 150, 200 pallets up the country for our customers for distribution by other members of Palletforce.

- My role was to sell and promote this business it was going really well until the main product got recalled as it was staining items it was covering, No product no job,

- When we were going with clients and their cars to the tracks for testing or the weekend, I had to make sure the Mechanics tools were loaded and secure, All the necessary spares and tires were loaded, And of course the cars.
- When we were arrived at the track their was a procedure for everything and everyone, I might have been the truck driver but i was also a member of the racing team, Once the Garage was all built with carpet laid and false walls erected Cars, Tools, Etc unloaded, My role changed and i was now in charge of the tires for all the cars,
- The tires is a very important part of the team, If the wrong tire goes on a car and the car wins its disqualified,
