Quality inspection of Far Eastern LED lighting products is conducted to ensure they the UK Safety StandaBS EN60958-Luminai. This involves inspecting a minimum of 1% of the total batch quantity of each product entering the business via overseas container. Testing includes electrical safety, such as earthing, using a Clare STM/L Safety Tester to test earth bonding, insulation resistance, and leakage tests to ensure compliance with the EU directive, including the LVD (Low Voltage Directive) IEC/EN 60598-1. Verification is done against the original prototyped sample and relevant documentation, such as procurement documents and packaging. Part of my role within the Technical Department involves creating procurement, product labels, and user instruction manuals at the development stage of the product before approval for purchase, using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Publisher software. addition to my quality engineer position, my other duties include monthly utility meter readings around the company site, testing and reporting faulty returned products, weekly fire call point testing, and serving as a fire warden for my technical office space. I perform the ISO 9001:2015 Internal departmental audits, PAT testing of companies equipment. Supporting contractors and other customers with technical queries either over the phone or via email.

AJz Cars - Driving a Private Hire Vehicle on Home to School County Council Contracts, main role was to collect pupils including pupils with behavioural problems or pupils with disabilities from home and take them designated schools and collect in the afternoon. Driving such vehicles as MPV's & 8 seater Mini-Buses.

AJ Embroidery - My duties were to design & print a range of garments, PVC banners, stickers and a range of printed promotional items, also listing items on companies ebay store.

Main duties include day to day running of a retail shop outlet selling golf equipment. Maintaining companies ebay store, custom fitting & repair of golf clubs.

Duties included the repair and general maintenance of fruit machines, grabbers and kiddies rides and general housekeeping within a seaside amusement arcade.

Duties included the design and manufacture of prototype transformers and power supply adaptors for new and existing customers, providing technical support to factory floor.
